30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged during transportation, defective, incorrect, or has another issue caused by our fulfillment process. In these cases, we will review the situation and cover the applicable return shipping costs when appropriate.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
The returned item must remain in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase may also be required.
Refunds
